Perfluorosulfonic Acid Membranes DME670

The product is a solid polymer electrolyte, a perfluorosulfonic acid resin homogeneous membrane with ion exchange function end groups. It has excellent heat resistance, mechanical properties, electrochemical properties and chemical stability. It can be used under harsh condtions such as strong acids, strong bases, and strong oxidizers. It is widely used in the fields of PEM water electrolyzers.

Packaging

1. The membrane delivery package for cut pieces will depend on the size and quantity of the membrane order. The membranes are protected with a polyethylene wrap and inner packaging, then placed in shipping containers.
2. Handle with care during transportation, try to avoid violent impact or vibration.

Notes

1. Store the product away from direct sunlight, heat and dust.
2. The product must be kept in a sealed package, stored in an environment with temperature of 23±5°C and relative humidity of 30-70%. Before opening the package, pre-condition the membrane roll to the processing area temperature for 24 hours. It should be used as soon as possible once the box is opened.
3. Once opened and exposed to the environment, the membrane will equilibrate to the ambient relative humidity, and change in dimensions accordingly. Membrane order dimensions are specified and measured at 23°C and 50% Relative Humidity.
